Kakou Jean Yves, MBA

Overseas Business Development Manager/ Head of System Development

Dr. Kakou Brou Georges is a highly respected professional whose extensive career spans multiple disciplines. Hailing from Yamoussoukro, the capital of Côte d'Ivoire, he graduated from the prestigious INP-FHB of Yamoussoukro.

His journey began in 1985 as a small dam designer, after which he became involved in a JICA project funded by the Japanese Overseas Development Assistance Fund.

His commitment and integrity captured the attention of his Japanese colleagues, who recommended him for a doctoral program in Japan. In 1997, he became part of the Department of Agriculture at Gifu University, where he pursued advanced studies.

Dr. Kakou Brou Georges earned his PhD in Biological Production Environment Science in 2002, marking a significant milestone in his academic career and contributing to his ongoing influence in the field.

Mr. Kakou Aka Jean Yves is a notable figure who has been involved in various academic and professional activities. He is associated with the JST ERATO Minato Discrete Structure Manipulation System Project, where he has contributed to the Statistics/Mining Application Group. Additionally, he has been recognized for his participation in events such as the IBA (Kwansei Gakuin Institute of Business and Accounting) symposium, where he shared his insights and experiences.

Jean Yves has extensive experience in Financial Risk Management with a major Japanese financial company. His expertise extends to Actuarial Data Analytics and Forensics Analytics, having worked with three of the Big Four professional service networks. As a data scientist and polyglot fluent in French, Japanese, and English, he brings a diverse and valuable skill set to his roles.

From 2014 to 2018, Jean Yves served a four-year term at the Kwansei Gakuin University, Institute of Business and Accounting, as an Advisory Council Board Member representing the International Management Course (IMC) international student body. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Policy Study and an MBA specializing in Quantitative Finance and Financial Engineering.
